Hygiene plan

1.1.2

It is mandatory to wear a mask by all employees and customers.

The entry of customers must be in an orderly manner. One customer at a time enters the vehicle and the next one can only enter when the previous one is already seated.

The guide or driver must provide each customer with an alcohol gel solution to disinfect their hands and forearms before each entry into the vehicle.

Customers are not allowed to exchange seats. They must always sit in the place chosen at the beginning of the tour.

Vehicle surfaces most susceptible to touch are sanitized with a suitable disinfectant solution. This solution is a powerful disinfectant, germicidal, virucidal and fungicidal agent, which acts as a bacteriostatic and bactericidal. It quickly and effectively destroys microorganisms of strains Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Hyperacide corynebacterien, Bacillus subtilis, Streptococcus faecalis, Sarcina critical, Dyspepsie coli, Aerobacter aerogenes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, Legionella pneumophila, etc.

Protects and controls a wide spectrum of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and some diseases such as: SARS-CoV-2 virus, SARS-CoV, “esperanza” influenza virus, H1N1, herpes, adenovirus type 2, etc.

Vehicles must be sanitized by each guide or driver at the beginning of the day, before picking up customers, in the middle of the day during the tour break and at the end of the day before parking and immobilizing the vehicle. The surfaces most likely to touch the steering wheel, interior and exterior handles of all doors, seat belts, windows, headrests, all dashboard buttons (eg radio, air conditioning buttons, of air, window opening, glass etc). Each vehicle has paper towels and a disinfectant solution for cleaning surfaces. It is allowed to spray the upholstery in small quantities, leaving the doors open for 10/15 minutes after the act to facilitate drying. The use of cloths is strictly prohibited.

In vehicles, natural ventilation (open windows) or alternatively mechanical air (air conditioning, only in extraction mode, never in recirculation) should be preferred.

At the end of the day, a mop with the disinfection solution provided by the company must be passed on the floor of all vehicles. Wet cleaning is preferred over dry cleaning.

Preference is given to the contactless payment method, in the event that the device or the customer's card does not have this functionality, it must be the customer himself to insert the card into the slot. The device must be sanitized with alcohol gel solution after each use.

The cleaning record of the different spaces must be made.
